Data Diplomacy and Exchange: Hydrological Data Management, Interoperability and Access

The primary goal of the session is to highlight the role of hydrological data as a critical connection between hydrology, climate resilience, EWS, meteorology, oceans, cryosphere, etc in Africa. By shedding light on these intersections, it aims to raise awareness among political leaders, decision-makers, funding agencies and researchers about the importance of prioritizing hydrological data management interoperability and access in addressing modern-day water-related challenges.
