Effective planning and legislation ensure sustainable growth by integrating affordability considerations, particularly concerning human migration, Landuse and job dynamics . The integration of water ,sanitation, and hygiene services is vital, alongside addressing the Water-Food-Energy Nexus. Key components include efficient leak detection technologies, water efficiency standards, and conservation incentives, all supported by community -based water management and robust legislative frameworks. Proactive interventions and informed decision-making processes are essential for long-term sustainability . These measures not only foster resilient urban infrastructure but also promote equitable access resources, ensuring that communities can thrive despite the evolving climate landscape.
