Water Harvesting Policy Dialogue

This dialogue will bring together key stakeholders. With a focus on the 3Rs water harvesting Approach—Retention, Recharge and Reuse—the dialogue will explore innovative pathways to promote water harvesting as a critical tool for water security, food security, disaster risk reduction, carbon trade, afforestation, and community resilience. The agenda will focus on fostering partnerships among stakeholder and drive actionable outcomes. The session will feature remarks from the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, the Embassy of the Netherlands, and INWRDAM, setting the stage for stakeholder-led roundtable interventions. These discussions will address watershed management, WEFE Nexus integration, and technical empowerment for youth and women.
