4th Joint Policy Advisory and Managing Committees Meeting

The 4th Joint Meeting of the Policy Advisory Committee and Managing Committee of Blue Peace Middle East high-level meeting will bring together members of the PAC and MC from Jordan, Türkiye, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq to strengthen regional cooperation on transboundary water governance and sustainable resource management. This high-level meeting follows the successful 3rd joint meeting held at the Dead Sea in 2024, which marked a major leadership transition and renewed commitment to shared river basin management and WEFE Nexus integration. The meeting will provide a collaborative platform to: Review the implementation of ongoing activities of the initative. Align regional efforts on the WEFE Nexus and water diplomacy. Discuss cross-sectoral cooperation, institutional strengthening, and stakeholder engagement. Define future directions for the Blue Peace process in alignment with regional water security challenges.
