C.S.: The Three Minutes Thesis (3MT)

Introduced by The University of Queensland, the Three-Minute Thesis (3MT) competition was warmly embraced by Cairo Water Week in 2019. This renowned contest challenges postgraduate researchers to condense their thesis and its real-world applications into a clear, three-minute presentation, accessible to a general audience. The 2025 edition, which concluded on June 30, attracted TBC participants from TBC Egyptian and international universities within Egypt, alongside 8 participants from outside Egypt, representing both master’s and doctoral candidates. A dedicated panel of judges is currently reviewing the submissions, poised to recognize the most outstanding contributions in the field of water research.
