The ICZM dream is coming true in Egypt

Egypt has made great steps forward to integrate all organizations that work in the Mediterranean coastal zone. This is being done through the development of an Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) Plan for the entire north coast in Egypt (approx. 1200 km). In this session Ministries of Water Resources, Housing, Environment and local development with the Governor of Damietta to launch the plan. Details of steps taken and future actions will be presented by the stakeholders of the plan.
